Mr. Manitto Phomphothi born 04 September 1984 in Vientiane, Laos, he has been Deputy Secretary General of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI). Currently he is responsible on supervising the team at Planning and Cooperation Division and Business Development & Exhibition Division with all activities and daily work.

For the education background, he held both a the Bachelor Degree of Economic at University of International Business and Economic in Beijing and the Master Degree of International Trade at Southeast University of Nanjing, China.

Over 12 years of working experience at the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he was responsible on Trade, Investment Promotion, SMEs Development and Exhibition by implemented the activities and advice trade opportunity to the business though out business matching, road show, and also organize trade fair and lead business to participate the trade fair and exhibition in domestic and aboard, in order to seek the partnership and expanded their markets. Prior joining, he was a coordinator of Cleaning Production Project as well as joined the team of Enterprise Survey, and currently he has been responsible as the a Liaison for Laos on the China-ASEAN Business & Investment Forum, a Liaison on the China-ASEAN Mining Cooperation Forum, and be the member of the Committee of Trade Facilitation of Lao PDR
