Ordinary Members 2,000,000 LAK

An Ordinary Member is a business individual and representative of legal entities whose business is registered in accordance with the Law on Enterprise with registered capital from 50 million kip and above; and is the one who is entitled to attend the General Assembly, to elect or stand for election of the Executive Board and the Standing Committee and to vote on important issues of the LNCCI in each session.
The registration fee for Ordinaries Members are as follows:

Ordinary members have the rights and obligations as follow:

  • To be entitled to provide comments to the Executive Board and Standing Committee on issues relating to the LNCCI and to make a request to the leadership to periodically inspect documents and inventory of LNCCI assets;
  • To be entitled to attend the General Assembly, to elect or stand for election of the Executive Board and the Standing Committee, to vote on important issues of the LNCCI in each session; and if there are ordinary members more than half of all members, they are entitled to request the Executive Board to convene an extraordinary session;
  • To be entitled to use the facilities of the LNCCI, to receive social welfare and other services, to get information about domestic and international businesses and investment, to receive advice and arbitration service to settle business and labor disputes as well as equal protection of their legitimate rights and benefits from the LNCCI;
  • To support, cooperate and participate in the movement and activities organized by the LNCCI; to participate in exhibitions, trade fairs and business forum held in the country and abroad
