Mrs. Daovading PHIRASAYPHITHAK is currently holding a position as Deputy Secretary General of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI), under this position provides leadership and management to across LNCCI operations of Business Enabling Environment and Employers’ Bureau Activities which pay the important role as the represent the interest of employers with Government, trade unions and in the marketplace and provide services to assist members as specially for industrial relations, human resource management, education and training, occupational safety and health, wages and other relevant activities with tripartism.
She has been joined the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2002, initially at the Bureau of Employers Activities and training that she served as a Chief of Bureau, which Tripartite cooperation on increase Minimum wage, job fair, improve labour Law and other business law that concern to Employers. Provide information about business, Decimation of Law to LNCCI members. For increase minimum wage has to find the economic, living cost, other country situation and other as well. We also conduct seminar on management training program, OSH, HR and other concern to IR for our members and non-member as well.
She achieved the high professional at Bachelor Degree of English language in 2002 at the Lao National University and Diploma of Business Administration Vientiane, Laos and Diploma of The 16th Asia Personal Manager Training Program at Nippon-Keidanran International Cooperation Center and the Global MBA (Master of Business Administrative) Business Administration in 2012 at Lao-Japan institute, the National University of Lao.
Mrs. Daovading has participated number meeting, workshops, seminars, conferences and negotiation, labor dispute resolution and trainer on readership management, Human resource management, Occupation Safety and Help as specially representative of business sectors attend the meeting relevant to protect employers and purpose comment from business sectors issues facing base on law and regulation concern in economy and LNCCI members as well.
