Ms. Souphaphone Khamsennam is currently holding a position as Deputy Secretary General of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI), under this position provides leadership and management to across LNCCI operations of Administration, Financial, Human Resource Management, Certificate of Origin, Business Group/Association, Provincial Chambers and Business Membership. The incumbent engage, build and maintain strong relationship with government agencies, international organization as well as her role is to support of LNCCI to operate productively, professionally service to members.
She has been joined the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2004, initially at the Export Promotion Division, then Foreign Relation Division and followed by Trade, Investment and Exhibition Division that she served as a Chief of Division. She is experienced and accomplished social, business community and business promotion professional with over 14 years international and regional corporate management accountability, and she was also be a focal point as Lao Secretariat for Asia, ASEAN, ASEAN BAC, EABC and GMS-BF as international Cooperation as well as managed the team on the international trade and promoting business both domestic and international market though the trade matching and exhibition. Her responsibilities involved in a wide range of different level project in business training, business forums, export promotion and enterprise management development. She underwent intensive trade and management training in Europe (UK and Denmark) and Asia as an Enterprise Management Development.
She achieved the high professional at Bachelor Degree of Business Management in 2001 at the Lao National University, Vientiane, Laos and the Global MBA (Master of Business Administrative) International Business in 2008 at University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Thailand.
Her publication was in the area of the Study of Characteristics and Intention of Export of Entrepreneurs in Laos and she has been associated with research team on the Business Confident Assessment.
