Training course on Satisfaction survey for Dual-Cooperative Training (DCT) Service center staff
GIZ Lao – Vocational Education Lap PDR (VELA) Project provides a training course on Satisfaction survey for Dual-Cooperative Training (DCT) Service center staff, at Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI)
Vientiane, 11 August 2020. The LNCCI recently provided a training course for the staffs of the Dual-Cooperative training (DCT) Service center.
The main objective of the training course was to train the technic to conduct the satisfaction survey by telephone interview the ‘employers satisfaction’ for the DCT partner companies with those graduates who have completed a Dual-Cooperative training and the appropriateness of their studies towards employment, as well as highlighting the importance and necessity of surveys to evaluate such results.
The training session ran for half days with financial support and trainers from the GIZ Lao VELA project. Two main trainers were Mr. Phimmasone Thongphataisack, Senior Advisor and Mr. Santi Inthavong, National Expert. The participant came from the DCT service center, department of Business Enabling Environment and Employers’ Bureau Activities and Internship students in total of 15 people.
This training session emphasized on the techniques of conducting telephone interviews, by using a participatory method in the training session. Everyone was highly interactive in discussion and role playing which is related and useful to prepare for conducting the for conducting the ‘employers satisfaction survey’ which will be starting soon.
