co-chaired the meeting on the dissemination of the tripartite cooperation mechanism for disaster preparedness and response in the Lao (LDPP), with the honor of chair the opening remark of Mr. Vongkham Phanthanouvong, Director General of the Department of Social Welfare, Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, there are representatives from the Department of Social Welfare, relevant departments, relevant ministries, the Executive Board of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, representatives of business sector associations, Lao civil society organizations, the ADPC project, and invited guests.
